Customer insight was a multi language application for Telecom Industry to monitor their network user’s experience and improve customer support. The application was meant to collect user’s network performance parameters to build coverage maps and find weak areas. The application also enabled the user to run call sms and internet speed tests for runtime diagnostics.
The application UI was based on a View Pager an the user could swipe through the dashboard and test screens.

The application was capable of a short call test that is usually performed in network quality surveys where a call to a number is made multiple times and the line is kept connected for 30 seconds. During this time the network quality parameters are monitored and can give the Network services providers information about the network quality.
The SMS test works the same way the call test did. A few SMSs were generated from the phone to the same number and from sending to the tien of delivery the network quality was measured.
The Internet test tested the ping, upload and the download speed for the conntected Wifi or data conntection
